Digital Marketing – Sr. Executive

Responsibilities :-

  • Handling a team of media buying, operations executives & web developers. Overseeing the activities and performance of your team by tracking goals, setting  individual targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of the members 
  • Should have the ability to review the creative content in the context of client  requirements to deliver what is needed from the client’s perspective. 
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals  (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback on all internal and external code. Serve as a high-level technical resource for the team and assume responsibility for  problem solving. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new platforms and online systems, both internaland  external that could be beneficial to the goals of the company. 
  • Develop and manage complex project plans, ensure timelines are accurate and  expectations are communicated and work with team members to understand problems,  dependencies and project milestones. 
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and provide thought leadership and  perspective for adoption where appropriate. 
  • Provide weekly reports to the management as to the progress of the various  projects/tasks at hand with minimal supervision. 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on theinsights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills :-

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field. Proven working experience in digital marketing. 
  • Experience in managing and directing a team. 
  • Some level of basic project management skills. 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital  campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketingand  measurement.

Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities :-

  • Managing all aspects of the google ads campaigns. 
  • Creating and optimizing copies and landing pages. 
  • Analyzing campaigns increases return on investment. 
  • Managing a variety of PPC across devices. 
  • Developing ads and strategies to achieve goals. 
  • Conduct keyword research for efficient bids. 
  • Managing Marketing Budget. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Google ads and google analytics. 
  • Google ads certificate preferred. 
  • Managing accounts with bid budget 
  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns. 
  • Familiarity with media buying, planning, and research. 
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends. 
  • Google AdWords, Campaign, PPC, CPC, EPC. 

Qualification :-

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts

Web Developer

Responsibilities :-

  • Designing and building the website front-end.
  • Creating the website architecture.
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
  • Generating Word Press themes and plugins.
  • Conducting website performance tests.
  • Troubleshooting content issues.
  • Conducting Word Press training with the client.
  • Monitoring the performance of the live website.
  • Knowledge of cPanel is a must.

 Skills and Required:

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
  • Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage projects.


  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
